US Foods wanted a revamped experience for their customers. We used the produce section as our MVP to create an easy to navigate, personalized engagement. Researching filter options and ways to help the customers navigate through the many varieties led to a valuable UX for users. All persona needs were incorporated into the thinking to streamline the ordering and checkout process.
Custom Guidance: For those seeking fresh new flavors or for those overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices, we designed a finder to help narrow options based on customer needs or recipe ideas. User testing showed this was a valuable tool.
