The change management team at Humana needed to streamline their information, learning center and employee tools. A discover period showed the need to a comprehensive intranet that could be updated easily by the internal team. We created a new architecture, user experience and design on Share Point that could be templated out for ease of use.
Design Thinking Sessions: Brought everyone together and allowed the Humana team to have input into the structure of content and design. We had three virtual sessions (thank goodness for Mural!) where everyone engaged in the process. The sessions influenced our card sort, information architecture and wireframes.
Design: Our iterative process made this project fun for everyone. The organization we created through the content strategy allowed for clear paths to all of the tools and resources needed. This made it easy to make the pages beautiful. Our efforts were appreciated for the clean design that reduced redundancies and saved the team time.
